We treat the whole person—mind, body, and spirit.

Medical/Medication Management

We provide tailored care that considers your unique background, history, and genetic makeup, including the use of anti-obesity medications when appropriate.

Nutrition

We measure actual resting metabolic rate and develop enjoyable, healthy, and sustainable whole-food-based eating plans that align with patient preferences and needs.

Fitness

We create individualized, engaging physical activity plans designed to support lifelong cardiorespiratory fitness, strength, and flexibility.

Mental/Behavioral Health

Our strategies for mental health and wellness help patients overcome obstacles, maintain success, and enhance overall well-being. This includes motivational interviewing, obesity-specific cognitive behavioral techniques, and spiritual development.
